Vintage Small Oval Brass Frame with Bow - Made in Italy - FRAME ONLY
Darling vintage brass oval frame with the coveted bow top! This is solid brass, made in Italy, with a beautiful embossed leaf and beaded border and sweet ribbon bow at the top and little scroll feet at the bottom.
Perfect for a gallery wall, vanity tray styling, wedding table numbers, or for your small art / botanical prints.
Details:
Solid brass oval frame, stamped ITALY on the back of the bow (photo 4). Ornate detailing all around. This is the frame only - No glass, no backing included. There are two small hinged tabs on the back that would hold a backing in place. You can easily have glass cut, or use as-is for a project / open frame look.
Measurements:
Overall: Approximately 5 3/4" H including bow x 3 1/2" W
Inside opening / photo size: Approximately 4" to 4 1/4" H x 2 3/4" W

Condition:
Good vintage condition with lovely antique patina. No bends, no breaks. Light age patina and tarnish consistent with brass - I have not polished it so you can leave the aged look or polish to bright brass. No glass or backing.
A great little addition to your brass frame collection or gallery wall!
