Sweet vintage revival biscuit barrel - thin translucent opal glass that glows when light shines through, with chrome lid and bail handle. This isn't the heavy thick milk glass - it's the delicate, lightweight translucent glass where you can see light through the sides. Hand-painted style florals with textured gold leaves over lavender, yellow flowers, and a burgundy and blue jeweled border. Machine-made chrome lid, rim, and handle point to 1970s-90s production in the nostalgic Nippon / Wave Crest style. Unmarked.
