Vintage Paris Royal White Porcelain Leaf Dish with Two Birds & Center Handle - Trinket Tray
Sweet vintage white porcelain tidbit / trinket tray.
• Leaf shaped - scalloped maple / ivy leaf form with veining
• Two 3D white birds perched on opposite edges - little sparrows / doves
• Center loop handle for carrying - perfect for candy, nuts, jewelry, rings, soap
• Glossy white glaze
• Mark on bottom: crown with crossed swords PR Paris Royal - see photo
• Size: Approx 7.5" long x 6" wide x 3.5" tall to top of handle (about 7" across on ruler)
• Material: Fine white porcelain
• Era: 1970s-90s, Made in Japan / France style export
Condition: Very good vintage. No chips or cracks to birds - see close-ups. Tiny yellow spot in glaze near one bird (factory) - shown in photo. Clean and glossy.
Use as a candy dish, trinket / ring dish on a nightstand or entry side table, wedding ring bearer dish, soap dish. So pretty in a cottage / shabby chic / modern farmhouse table setting.
