Vtg Pink Satin Glass Boudoir Lamp Embossed Floral Base w/ New Hurricane Shade

Vintage Pink Satin Glass Boudoir Lamp with New Hurricane Shade - Original Electric Base

Lovely vintage boudoir lamp from my collection. This is a factory electric lamp that was NEVER an oil lamp - it was made to look like an oil lamp but was always electric. Original pink satin glass base with new wiring and new glass hurricane.

Perfect for bedroom, vanity, nursery, or shabby chic cottage decor. Gives a soft, pretty glow.

What You Get - Exactly As Shown:

• Original vintage base: Pink frosted satin glass with raised / embossed floral design - clear glossy flowers and leaves on matte pink ground. Round / onion shape with clear starburst pattern collar at top.

• New clear glass hurricane / chimney - Beaded dot rim at top edge - no chips or cracks

• Original brass-tone burner collar with decorative filigree and ornate scroll thumb wheel - the wheel is decorative only, it does not turn a wick

• New socket for standard candelabra / new gold / clear cord with plug

Measurements:

• Approx. 15" tall to the top of the hurricane - see last photo with ruler

• Base is approx. 4.5" - 5" diameter at widest

• Cord is approx. 6 ft long

Condition:

Vintage condition with age wear, as found:

• Base: Some light surface wear. No cracks or chips to the pink glass that I see. Still very pretty.

• Brass collar: Has patina / tarnish and one small stress crack in the perforated crown section - see close-up photos 2 and 4. This is how it came to me, it holds the chimney securely.

• New parts: New cord and new socket - safety upgrade - lamp lights and works great (I used a bulb for the first photo to show it working, but bulb is NOT included).

• New hurricane shade is new and perfect.

This is the original base, not a marriage. It never held oil.

You will receive the exact lamp in the photos. Photo 1 shows it lit with my test bulb. The bulb in photos is NOT included.

I pack well with recycled materials. Ships from Sequim, WA. Please see all photos - they are part of the description.

Important Note for Buyer: Light bulb NOT included. Always use LED bulb for less heat.
