Plumb Crazy Vintage is run by me, Joan Plumb. I've always loved the thrill of the hunt — the estate sale early mornings, the tucked-away antique malls, the joy of spotting something special that deserves a second life. I collect vintage, antique, and delightfully unique pieces that have character and make me smile. Every piece in the shop is chosen by hand and ready for a new home. I pack with care and ship the first business day after purchase. Your purchase helps fund my local food bank.
Coalport Persian Flower Bone China Salad / Dessert Plate - 8 Inch - Made in England
Single 8" salad or dessert plate in the popular Persian Flower pattern. White bone china with colorful Indian-tree style florals - pink peonies, blue and yellow flowers, green leaves, with the little blue flower box center. Gold rim with light blue border and brown fleur-de-lis trim.
Mark on back: BONE CHINA crown COALPORT MADE IN ENGLAND EST. 1750 PERSIAN FLOWER - as shown in photo 6.
Size: 8" diameter - measured with ruler in last photo. This is the salad/dessert size, not the 10.75" dinner.
Condition: Very good vintage. No chips, cracks, or crazing. Glossy glaze. Light utensil marks in center well and light wear to gold rim consistent with age and use - see close-ups of rim in photos 3-5 and 7. Still displays beautifully.
Perfect to replace a piece, mix into a cottagecore table, or use as a wall plate.
You get exact plate shown in 7 photos - front, 4 close-ups of pattern and gold rim wear, backstamp, and ruler for scale.
