Bobby Jones Golf Statue Robert T. Jones Jr. Golf House Collection Bronze 4.75"

Vintage Bobby Jones Golf Figurine - Robert T. Jones Jr. Golf House Collection - Bronze

Offered here is a bronze 'Golf House Collection' Bobby Jones Jr post-swing statuette produced by the USGA. 'Robert T. Jones Jr.' is written across the base on the frontside and 'Golf House Collection' on the back.

Robert Tyre "Bobby" Jones Jr. accomplished what many felt impossible, winning all four majors in the same year, 1930, (the US and British Opens and their respective Amateur Championship events) only to retire immediately afterwards. He co-founded the Masters Tournament and participated from its inception 1934 until 1948.

This statue captures Bobby at the height of his Grand Slam career in 1930 with his classic follow-through swing.
