I love having friends and family over and bringing people together in my home. I also love decorating, and many of my thrifted and estate sale finds become part of the way I make my home feel special and inviting. They’re often great conversation pieces, too. I’m especially drawn to chinoiserie, Lenox, Japanese Imari porcelain, silverplate, brass, and, really, just beautiful old things. I keep the pieces I love most and rehome the rest. ❤️
Pale blue English fine bone china saucer from The Royal Collection, decorated with a delicate, wavelike guilloché-style pattern and finished with detailed gold gilt borders. The design was inspired by the jeweled enamel work associated with Fabergé and the important collection of Fabergé objects held by the British Royal Collection.
This is a single saucer and would work well as a replacement piece for a matching cup, as part of a mixed English china collection, or repurposed as a small trinket, jewelry or ring dish. It would also look stunning in a vignette or plate wall.
