Set of 4 Vintage Japanese Porcelain Coffee / Tea Mugs - Coral Floral with Gold
Pretty mid-century set of 4 matching tall mugs in glossy white porcelain. Decorated with large coral / salmon red peonies with gold center roses, teal and gold leaves, gold lattice and dotted gold band, and red and white geometric border at rim. Gold handles and gold band at foot.
Unmarked - 1970s Japan export, same factory style as Takahashi San Francisco / Otagiri Imari ware. Tall flared shape - nice for coffee, tea, or display.
Condition: Good vintage. No chips or cracks in any of the 4. All have light wear to gold on rim and light surface rub to coral paint in spots from age and use. Not dishwasher damage, just vintage wear. Insides are white and clean. Please review all photos - 4 mugs shown together.
Size: Each about 3 1/2 inches tall x 3 inches wide at rim. About 8 oz capacity.
