Set of 2 vintage Chinese blue-and-white porcelain rice bowls with hand-painted koi carp design.
• Design: cobalt blue koi fish on the outside and a matching koi in the center of each bowl — classic good-luck carp motif
• Size: approx 4.5 inches diameter x 2.25 inches tall (see ruler photo) — perfect rice, soup, or dipping bowls
• Material: glazed porcelain, lightweight
• Mark: stamped “MADE IN CHINA” on base in blue
• Era: mid-century style, 1950s-1970s production based on similar “Blue White Koi Carp Fish Set 2 Rice Soup Small Bowls” listed as Mid-Century Modern, 1950-1959
• Condition: excellent vintage condition — no chips, no cracks, no crazing. Light glaze speckles from firing, typical for hand-painted export porcelain. Clean white interior.
