This is the hard-to-find Norcrest lidded trinket box with a mama owl and her baby perched on a leafy tree-stump lid. • Maker: Norcrest, crafted in Japan – original foil label still attached • Era/style: 1950s big-eye kitsch, hand-painted brown/orange details  • Material: glazed ceramic • Size: approx. 4" tall x 4.5" diameter (see ruler photo) • Function: trinket box / candy dish / vanity dish / ring holder Condition notes from photos: glossy glaze with light age dust (wipes clean), no chips, no cracks, no crazing. Lid fits snug. Interior is clean white.
