Beautiful Spode Trade Winds Blue sugar bowl with original lid from the sought-after nautical series. Oven to Tableware Fine Stone, Made in England, Pattern W146, from a design c.1805.

• Pattern: Spode Trade Winds Blue W146 - Trade Winds Blue
• Ships: H.E.I.C. Thomas Coutts on one side, Brig Built 1820 on reverse
• Features: Two gold-trimmed handles, gold trim on lid and base rim, acorn / pineapple finial with gold lattice, blue rope / cable border, gold leaf sprigs near handles
• Mark: H.E.I.C. Thomas Coutts. OVEN TO TABLEWARE FINE STONE Spode ENGLAND W146 TRADE WINDS BLUE Brig Built 1820.
• Material: Fine Stone - Oven to Tableware
• Dimensions: Approx 3.5" tall to top of bowl, 5" tall to top of finial x 5.5" wide handle to handle
• Color: White with blue transfer and gold gilt, pale blue-gray interior
Condition: Good vintage pre-owned condition. No chips or cracks noted on bowl or lid. Some light dust from storage - will be cleaned before shipping. Gold trim shows light wear consistent with age and use, especially on handles and finial - see close-up photos. Lid fits well.
