Charming 1930s Art Deco double Scottie lamp — two alert Scottish Terriers guarding a central light. Made in the USA in cast metal (spelter/iron, non-magnetic), with original dark bronze finish rubbing to copper.
Perfect for a desk, bar cart, bookshelf, or “cottagecore” vignette. These were sold as TV lamps during the Scottie craze sparked by FDR’s Fala and Black & White Scotch advertising.

• Two figural Scotties, back-to-back, seated on fluted pedestals
• Center socket with brass sleeve, takes standard E12 candelabra bulb (LED shown for testing)
• Art Deco stepped base with ribbed detail
• Approx. 9.5"W x 4.5"D x 6.5"H (9" to top of bulb)
• Weight ∼3.5 lbs unpacked
• Cord is newer white replacement, works, inline switch
Condition notes: finish is original and unpolished — I like the moody bronze, but it could be gently cleaned. Light flecks on dogs’ muzzles (see photo 2-3), small base scuffs (photo 4). No wobble, socket tight.
Glass lamp shade is missing.
