Vintage White Haeger Swan Planter with Attached Flower Frog - As Found Estate Piece
Classic mid-century white swan planter from Haeger Potteries. Beautiful swan form with curved neck forming the handle, scalloped tail, textured feather detail on wings.
IMPORTANT MODIFICATION - PLEASE READ:
Someone has permanently attached / glued a vintage metal pin flower frog in the center inside the planter. It is a round brown metal pin frog with sharp spikes (see close-up photos). I have tried to remove it and I CANNOT remove it - it is cemented/glued to the bottom. It will be included and sold as-is as part of the planter.
This was likely done to use the swan as a flower arrangement holder. The frog itself is vintage and functional, but because it is stuck, the swan can no longer be used as a standard planter without the frog in place.

• Authentic Haeger / Hager Pottery with partial original green & gold foil label on bottom that reads "Hager Made in U.S.A."
• Matte white / off-white glaze - classic for this model
• Great display piece for mid-century, cottagecore, or vintage bathroom decor
• Perfect for small air plants, dried flowers, or as a desk organizer with the frog to hold photos / notes
Condition:
Good vintage condition with modification as noted. No chips or cracks to the swan itself that I can see - some light surface scuffs and tiny dark glaze specks from firing/manufacturing (common). Light wear to foil label. Inside has some staining from use. Flower frog has rust / patina and is firmly attached - will not come out. Sold AS-IS, no returns for frog attachment - it is clearly photographed and described.
