This is an antique Johnson Brothers Holland (scalloped edge adorned with a lacy style raised rim) Pattern Flow Blue Onion Plate ~ ENGLAND 1900-1915
One of the most popular dishware styles exported to the United States, these dishes with highly decorative patterns were made deliberately slightly burry by manufacturers who added lime or ammonia during the glazing process. This extra treatment resulted in the bleeding or "flowing" of color as the blue and white mixed together.
Small chip on back that is shown in pictures.
