This appears to be a vintage mid-century pressed-glass and weighted sterling silver or silver-plated pedestal cake stand, commonly associated with makers like Duchin Creations or Shrewsbury Holloware from the 1950s.
The lack of stamps on the base strongly points to Shrewsbury Hollware or a silver-plated/nickel-plated version rather than weighted sterling silver. While makers like Duchin Creations almost always stamped "Sterling Weighted" along the outer rim, Shrewsbury pieces frequently used a nickel-plated or silver-plated alloy base that left the metal entirely blank, or relied on a paper label that washed away decades ago.
The glass top itself is a classic "Anniversary" pattern (often attributed to Jeannette Glass), featuring that distinct central sunburst and tight beaded edge.
