Plumb Crazy Vintage is run by me, Joan Plumb. I've always loved the thrill of the hunt — the estate sale early mornings, the tucked-away antique malls, the joy of spotting something special that deserves a second life. I collect vintage, antique, and delightfully unique pieces that have character and make me smile. Every piece in the shop is chosen by hand and ready for a new home. I pack with care and ship the first business day after purchase. Your purchase helps fund my local food bank.
Vintage Pair of A Wolf Original Soapstone Animal Figurines - Chubby Beaver & Raccoon
Sweet matched pair from The Wolf Sculptures, Canada. Both are that wonderful chubby, hand-carved style Wolf is known for.
Includes:
Beaver - lying down holding a detailed log/branch, cross-hatched flat tail, little buck teeth and carved toes. Deep black polished finish.
Raccoon - sitting chubby style with masked face and ringed tail detail. Lighter charcoal with natural soapstone veining / white highlighting on mask and tail - typical for Wolf raccoons.
Perfect for your cabin, woodland, Canadiana, or mid-century curio shelf. These look great as a little forest friends vignette.
Condition: Very good vintage with light surface wear. The raccoon has lighter grey/white residue in the carved details which is normal for these soapstone casts. No chips or cracks. Please see all 6 photos - they are part of the description.
