Vintage Small Miniature Finger Oil Lamp - Blue & White Dutch Windmill Delft Style

Sweet little working oil lamp in Delft blue and white. Features a small handled ceramic jug base with transfer printed design:

• Front: Windmill with sailboat on canal, birds, house, trees

• Back: Blue folk art flower with leaves

• Handle: Hand-painted blue stripe

Complete with original brass thumb-wheel burner, cotton wick, and clear glass chimney with bulbous bottom. Thumb wheel turns freely and raises / lowers wick - wick is in good shape with just the tip darkened from light use.

No marking on bottom — typical for these 1970s-80s souvenir finger lamps sold at gift shops and import stores. Very clean, no fuel smell.

Great for a shelf, Delft blue collection, cottage windowsill, or small space ambient light. Would also make a cute battery tea light holder if you don't want to use oil.

CONDITION:

Very good vintage condition. Ceramic base has no chips, cracks or crazing — glossy and bright. Brass burner has light tarnish and surface age patina, no dents. Glass chimney has no chips, cracks or black soot — clear. Wick intact. See close-ups of windmill detail, handle stripe, and burner crown.

MEASUREMENTS:

Overall height approx. 7.5" to top of chimney. Chimney alone approx. 4" tall. Base approx. 3" tall x 2.5" diameter. Handle adds about 1".

NOTE:

Sold as a collectible decorative lamp. If using with oil, use only lamp oil / liquid paraffin, do not overfill, keep away from drafts and never leave unattended. Or use with a small LED tea light for safety.
