Mid Century Modern Mr. Dudley Wood Salt Shaker & Pepper Grinder Mill Set - Sculptural Faceted Form

Offered from my private collection is this fantastic matching set of vintage Mr. Dudley salt shaker and pepper mill. Classic MCM bowling pin / hourglass silhouette with the highly collectible triangular faceted base that looks like Danish Modern teak.

This is the original 1960s-70s Made in USA set from Dudley / Kebow, Los Angeles - the makers famous for their acrylic and wood mills. 

Details:

• Maker: Mr. Dudley - stamped on bottom "Mr. Dudley Pat. Pending US Pat. NO. D456,809"

• Includes: 1 x Salt Shaker with stainless 5-hole top, 1 x Pepper Grinder Mill with chrome push-top grinder

• Material: Solid turned wood, warm walnut / teak tone

• Size: Approx. 7" tall x 2.5" base diameter - see ruler photo

• Design: Sculptural mid-century modern, Danish modern look, hourglass with flat faceted sides

Condition:

Good vintage condition. Both have nice patina and rich wood grain. Light surface wear, tiny scuffs and scratches consistent with age and gentle use - see close ups. Chrome tops have light wear. Salt shaker clean inside. Pepper mill mechanism turns and grinds - adjustment screw intact. No cracks, no chips to wood. Please review all 7 photos as part of description.
