Vintage Mid-Century 22K Gold Floral & Striped Ruffled Top Vase
Stunning 1960s Hollywood Regency clear glass vase with ruffled / crimped scalloped top edge. Features 4 wide gold bands around the shoulder and dense all-over raised gold floral lace / chintz pattern covering the lower 2/3.
• Shape: Bulbous bottom, narrow neck, flared ruffled rim
• Material: Glass with 22K gold encrusted decoration (exterior)
• Measurements: Approx. 8.75" H to top of ruffle x 5.5" W at widest x 3.25" Base, 4.5" Opening
• Color: Gold on clear - interior is clear, exterior pattern shows through beautifully inside
• Pattern: Striped top + floral brocade bottom - roses, daisies, leaves - Culver / Valencia era style
• Era: 1960s Mid-Century Modern
• Condition: Very good vintage condition. No chips or cracks to glass - ruffle is perfect. Gold shows light wear, surface scratches and some fading to the bands as expected with age/use - see close-up photos. Displays beautifully and sparkles in the light.
