Vintage Tall Pedestal Wire Napkin Holder with Ornate Swan Base
Beautiful tabletop holder with a heavy ornate cast base featuring a detailed swan with long curved neck and fancy scrolled tail that forms the pedestal. Top has tall upright wire cage that holds napkins, cocktail napkins, letters, or mail.
The base has wonderful detail - scalloped beaded edge, fluted dome, and textured feathering on the swan. Classic 1970s Hollywood Regency / Mid-Century glam style, similar to Godinger.
Use in kitchen, dining room, bathroom for hand towels, office for mail, or vanity.
CONDITION: AS-IS VINTAGE
Good vintage structure, but shows age wear as photographed:
• Silver plate is tarnished / dark patina on swan and base - needs polishing - I left as found
• Wire basket has rust spots / discoloration at welds and bottom bars - see close-up photos.
• Light pitting and oxidation consistent with age and kitchen use
• Still stands straight and sturdy, no breaks to wire
