Vintage Solid Brass Elephant Figurine - Trunk Up Good Luck - 5" Tall - Heavy Patina!
Charming vintage brass elephant with trunk held high for good luck! Solid cast brass, nice and heavy, with wonderful uncleaned patina and age.
• Solid brass - not plated, heavy weight
• Trunk up - traditional good luck symbol
• Detailed - textured trunk, ears, tusks and wrinkled hide
• Approx 5" tall to tip of trunk, body about 2.5" tall at back - see ruler photo
• Unmarked, likely made in India in the 60s-70s
• No breaks or repairs - just honest wear
Condition: Good vintage condition with lots of natural patina as found. Dark tarnish and some green verdigris in crevices around face and feet, small blue paint spot on side, some black spotting and casting roughness from age - all shown in close-ups. I did not polish it - leave as is for that vintage brass look or shine it up if you prefer bright brass.
Perfect for elephant collection, good luck decor, mid-century shelf, desk, bookshelf.
