Scotland Moonflower Paperweight - CIIG Seconds Mark
You are looking at the famous Moonflower design - deep cobalt / midnight blue base with electric blue glittering swirl and 4 large controlled bubbles.
Mark: Clearly etched CIIG on polished base - this is Caithness's mark for second quality / inspector's grade. See last photo. No Caithness Moonflower paper label remains.
This is a genuine Caithness piece, just graded as a slight second at the factory. No chips or cracks to dome, only light base wear. Displays beautifully.
Perfect entry-level piece for Caithness collectors or blue glass lovers. Same look as first quality for much less.
