Lover of all things vintage and antique, I am a Florida mom of 3 young adults, and a wife to a hardworking hubby who supports my passion for beautiful, old things! I love to "feather our nest" with secondhand treasures and thoroughly enjoy gathering unique and often forgotten items to decorate our beachside home! Timeless and classic finds, such as milk glass, crystal, cut/pressed glass, and metals like silver, brass and copper make my heart sing! So glad I can share this excitement with you :)
This piece is an Anchor Hocking Fire-King jadeite vase with beautiful details indicative of the late Art Deco period (1940s-1950s) There are two tiny “flea bites” on the top rim but they are almost impossible to see. I didn’t even notice them until I was running my hand along the edge. This would be a great addition to fall or spring decor, given its lovely green color!
