Antique Hand Painted Nippon porcelain scenic pitcher / tankard, circa 1911-1921.
Tall pinched-spout pitcher with heavy Moriage raised slip decoration in teal and bronze, with three hand-painted landscape panels showing a country church and cottage at sunset.
Ornate Moriage handle with raised scrollwork and beading.
Marked on bottom: "Hand Painted NIPPON" with laurel wreath, blue underglaze. This is the early 1910s Nippon export mark.
