USEFUL JAR - ONE PINT 1902 - Hermetic Wire Bail Canning Jar
Beautiful, highly collectible cobalt blue glass storage jar with raised lettering. This is the popular decorative reproduction made by Crownford-China, made in Italy, styled after the 1902 hermetic canning jars. 
Perfect for farmhouse kitchen decor, utensil holder, bathroom storage, candy jar, or blue bottle collector display.
Details:
• Rich, deep cobalt blue thick glass - color really glows in the light
• Embossed on front: ABAGAIL'S USEFUL JAR - reverse side: ONE PINT 1902 (see photos)
• Original glass lid with metal wire bail clamp - clamps tight and works perfectly
• NEW Seal: I have replaced the old gasket with a new orange silicone hermetic seal. It seals tightly now. Ready to use/display.
• One pint size - great usable size
Condition:
Very good vintage pre-owned condition. No chips, no cracks, no flea bites on jar or lid that I can see. Light surface wear / scuffs from age and display, normal for vintage glass. Inside is clean. The wire bail has some light surface patina. The orange gasket is NEW.
