The item is a vintage Hua Rong Tang Zhi (or Hua Ping Tang Zhi) hand-painted porcelain and brass/bronze footed trinket or soap dish. These decorative pieces feature colorful hand-painted floral and bird motifs set in ornate cast metal or brass filigree frames with scroll feet and handles.
