Lot of 3 Vintage Small Industrial Wooden Textile Bobbin Spools - Primitive Decor
Fun lot of 3 smaller antique industrial bobbins from old textile mills. Perfect mix of sizes, woods, and finishes for farmhouse display. Selling as one lot of 3.
You will receive all 3 spools pictured:
Small Light - Green Top - Light pine shaft, dark green painted flange with yellow stripe. Very chippy paint with age wear. Crown top has 3 notches and metal center ring. About 4 3/4" tall.
Medium Dark - Metal Rim - Dark walnut brown with silver metal rim on one end. Keyed metal insert top (notched to lock on machine). Nice age and patina. About 6" tall.
Large Honey - Warm honey brown varnished wood, smooth finish, metal-lined bore. About 7 3/4" - 8" tall.
All are empty, solid wood, with hollow through-centers. Great for tiered tray, candle holders, yarn holders, craft projects, or rustic shelf decor.
Condition:
All in good vintage industrial condition with expected wear. Green one has paint loss/chippy finish and chipped notches on crown as shown in photo 1. Dark one has surface scuffs and oxidation to metal rim. Honey one has light scratches and varnish wear. No major cracks. Please see all photos closely - this is exactly what you get. I have not cleaned or repainted, original found condition.
