Beautiful vintage Japanese ochoko / sake cup set - set of 5, all different, in original presentation box.
White porcelain with vibrant hand-painted Imari / Kutani style scenes and gold accents:
Tsuzumi Drum - purple and floral
Peony Bouquet - red, orange and blue florals with gold
Gissha / Ox Cart - Heian court cart with green brocade
Floral Ribbon - orange camellia with gold mizuhiki cord
Plum Blossom - red and white ume on grey branch
Perfect for sake, cold or hot, tea, or as a little trinket dish set.
• Material: Porcelain - Arita / Kutani style
• Size: Each cup approx. 1 3/4" tall x 2" diameter - see ruler photo
• Set: 5 cups, original divided cardboard box approx. 10" long
• Condition: Excellent / New Old Stock. No chips, cracks, crazing. Box has light wear, still sealed with original cellophane strip on lid. Cups appear unused.
