Blue & White Porcelain Wall Pocket / Wall Vase - Scroll / Arabesque / Vine Pattern
Pretty vintage wall pocket!
• Vase / urn shape with lobed / melon body and wavy / flared ruffled top - double blue stripe border at top and base
• White porcelain with hand-painted cobalt blue scrollwork - classic Chinoiserie arabesque / vine / lotus scroll pattern all over front
• Flat back - sits flat against wall - triangular hanging hole on back for a nail / pin
• Probably made in China - Chinese export porcelain, unmarked, 1980s-1990s
• Hollow pocket inside - holds a small bunch of dried flowers, faux stem, or a few real flowers with a little water
Measurements:
Approx. 8" tall x 3.75" wide across wavy top x 2" deep. See ruler photo - measures about 8" long. Inside pocket is about 5" deep.
