Charming Vintage 3 Piece Russian Matryoshka Nesting Doll Set - Green Floral Folk Art
Sweet little set of 3 hand painted wooden matryoshka dolls from Russia. Classic nesting style with bright folk art flowers. The largest doll has a glossy red skirt base, all three have deep forest green babushka headscarves painted with large pink and white flowers and light green leaves.
Perfect for a collector, tier tray display, or to add a pop of vintage color to a shelf.
Measurements:
• Largest: approx. 5 1/4 inches tall
• Middle: approx. 3 1/4 inches tall
• Smallest / Baby: approx. 2 1/4 inches tall - solid, does not open
All three nest neatly inside each other. Wood with lacquered finish.
Condition: Vintage pre-owned in good condition. Light wear consistent with age and display. Some fine crazing to the clear coat on the flowers, tiny paint specks and minor scuffs. See close-up photos - they are part of the photos and description. No large chips or cracks. Colors are still bright and glossy.
