The “Good Luck” shamrock backstamp with the large clover dates most examples to roughly the 1950s–1970s. Your piece appears to be: • a small open salt cellar, • toothpick holder, The pierced shamrock border is a desirable decorative detail and gives it a very Irish cottage feel.
