Striking iridescent "mother-of-pearl" glaze that reflects a spectrum of colors. The piece is highly detailed with an embossed grapevine and leaf motif, a scalloped rim, and four sturdy peg-style feet. As a unique hobbyist-finished piece from the peak of the MCM ceramics era, it is hand-signed and dated "Bernie 1970" on the bottom. Beautiful crazing throughout. No chips, cracks or repairs.
