a beautiful, highly decorative vintage porcelain lotus bowl from the "Ming Dynasty" collection, expressly produced for Heritage Mint, Ltd. L.A.C.A. in Japan. Despite the Chinese historical name of the pattern, this fine piece was meticulously manufactured in Japan during the mid-to-late 1980s, combining rich Satsuma-style imagery with Western Chinoiserie appeal.
