Vintage Goebel Bumble Bee Beehive Honey Pot / Honey Jar - Yellow with 3D Bees
Adorable vintage Goebel honey pot in the classic beehive skep shape!
• Maker: Goebel - © Goebel mark on bottom - W. Germany era
• All ceramic, attached underplate / saucer to catch drips - one piece base + separate lid
• Bright honey-yellow glaze with raised straw / basketweave texture
• 4 raised 3D bumble bees - one on the knob/finial, one on each side of lid, one on the base - black with translucent wings, hand-painted
• Lid has spoon notch / honey dipper cut-out in front (spoon not included)
• Inside is glazed yellow, clean and ready to use
Perfect for real honey, sugar, jam, or just as kitchen decor / bee lover display.
Measurements:
Approx. 5" tall overall with lid x 4.5" wide across attached saucer. Base pot is about 3.25" diameter inside. Same as the Very rare Goebel 1956 5" / 12.5 cm high model. See ruler photo - just under 5" to top of bee finial
