Masterfully hand-thrown from heavily speckled clay, this compact pouring jug foregoes a traditional handle for a sleek, minimalist silhouette. To ensure a highly secure and comfortable pour, the artist expertly pressed an intentional, deep ergonomic thumb indent directly into the structural back wall opposite the pinched spout.
The exterior features an eye-catching, blocky tri-tone glaze treatment with vertical sweeps of dusty pink, rich lavender, and soft periwinkle blue. Dark iron-spot speckles from the stoneware bleed beautifully through the color finish, giving the entire piece incredible depth and rustic charm. The completely smooth, flat bottom base ring is left unglazed, exposing the natural, gritty texture of the fired ceramic clay
