Victorian condiment jar was manufactured by the renowned Pairpoint Manufacturing Company of New Bedford, Massachusetts, dating approximately between 1880 and 1895.This piece features intricate, embossed Victorian scrollwork and floral details along the lid and body. Crucially, it retains its original, undamaged deep cobalt blue glass liner. These glass liners were designed to protect the silver plating from the corrosive acids found in table condiments like mustard, horseradish, or preserves.
