Antique Wedgwood dark blue jasperware pitcher is a beautiful late Victorian export piece, dating precisely to 1890 based on the impressed factory marks. Crafted using the highly desirable "jasper dip" method, it features a deep, vibrant Portland Blue stoneware body beautifully contrasted by delicate white classical bas-relief mythological figures and neoclassical garland swags along the upper rim. The base clearly displays the straight-line "WEDGWOOD" mark, the "ENGLAND" country of origin identifier, the factory size number "24," and the "S" year cypher. This piece displays beautifully with striking color and crisp relief details. Please note that there are minor hairline cracks present on the white figures consistent with its age,
