Vintage Avon American Fashion Thimble Collection – Complete 8-Piece Set with Original Mahogany Rack
You are bidding on the complete set of 8 Avon porcelain figural lady head thimbles commemorating American women's fashions from 1890-1947. Each thimble represents a different fashion era — 1900s Gibson Girl with large picture hat, 1920s flapper in blue with long pearls, 1928 cloche hat with striped scarf, 1930s, 1940s and more. 
Each is marked inside Avon © 1982, 1983, 1984 and the fashion year. Made of hand-painted bisque porcelain.
Includes the elegantly crafted Mahogany Rack designed especially to show off your Avon thimble collection, with a place for all eight. 
Condition: All 8 ladies are in excellent display condition from my photos - bright paint, no chips, cracks or repairs. Rack has light surface wear consistent with age, gold stencil intact. Please see all photos - this is the exact set you will receive.
