The combination of prong-set, multi-shaped rhinestones (marquise and round chatons) arranged in a textured, upward-climbing crescent shape is a classic mid-century design. During this era, Kramer famously produced the iconic "Diamond Look," using brilliant, prong-set rhodium or silver-plated settings to emphasize stone-rich glamour and ice-like sparkle. Founded in 1943 by Louis Kramer, Kramer of New York peaked during the 1950s when they were commissioned to produce high-glamour costume jewelry collections for Christian Dior. Valued at $40-$55.
