Hi, welcome to Redemption Road. I’m Kristen, and I don’t like to waste my money on cheaply made products that everyone else has. I love to use unique and quality vintage and antique items to tell a story in my home. My true passion is to take the unloved quality items and update them with a current twist, either by artistically creating a new look for them, or reimagining their purpose in life. Come on in, and see if I can help you tell your story.
This vintage cloisonné ornament featuring intricate enamel work over a metal base can also be a friendship ball, a symbolic ornamental token traditionally exchanged to honor deep personal bonds. It depicts bird and floral motifs, often rendered in gold, blue, and pink colors. Not just for Christmas, this item can be displayed all year!
