MA-based collector with French roots and a love of early 20th-century décor. Inspired by New England antiques and a life among flowers and gathered objects, I share glassware, ceramics, and metal pieces with timeless character.
This is a charming hand-painted Russian matryoshka (nesting doll) set, likely dating to the late 20th century, probably 1980s–1990s. The style is much more folk-art and whimsical than the older Soviet-era traditional examples, with those oversized blue eyes and storybook village scenes giving it a distinctly decorative artisan feel.
