Rare 7-inch square plate from the highly collectible Glidden Pottery "Menagerie" line. Designed by the award-winning Belgian-American designer Ernest Sohn. While the 5.5-inch canape version of this design is more common, this larger 7-inch variant is a scarcer find, perfect for use as a dessert or salad plate, or as a centerpiece for a wall display. Hand-painted stoneware then glazed. Excellent condition no chips or cracks with wall hanger attached
