This is a sweet little piece of enamel on copper with artist signature. Price is reflective of where on the bottom. Top portion is in great condition. Artist signed with initials M. R. Artist M Ratcliff produced Art at Stone Mountain pottery in Georgia, which is now permanently closed. Please view all photos as they also service the items description.
