This antique bride's basket tray features an oval, low-profile basin constructed with a hand-hammered texture finish. Circa 1910-30, the tray is styled with an asymmetrical, wavy scalloped rim detailed with fine border tooling and openwork slotted patterns on the narrow ends, with the underside explicitly stamped with the Sheffield trademark, "Silver On Copper," and model number 1900. A tall, pivoting swing handle is attached to the sides, displaying an engraved floral scroll motif along its contoured arch.
