These vintage brass Christmas holly leaf candle wraps feature festive bell details and are designed to hug taper candles. They feature holly leaves, a ribbon bow, and small attached bells. They are designed to wrap around taper candles as decorative candle holders or "huggers". They are adjustable so they can also function as festive napkin rings for holiday table settings.
